Walters Service Guarantee Exclusions:

While we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service, certain conditions and situations are beyond our control. Therefore, the following exclusions apply to our trash service guarantee:

  1. Weather Conditions: Delays or missed collections due to severe weather conditions, including but not limited to tornadoes, snowstorms, floods, ice storms, and other natural disasters.

  2. Road Conditions: Inaccessibility due to road closures, construction, or any obstruction that prevents our vehicles from reaching your property.

  3. Container Accessibility: Failure to provide service if trash bins are not placed in the designated collection area on time of pickup, are obstructed by vehicles, locked gates, or other barriers, or if trash bins are severely damaged and unable to be dumped.

  4. Holidays: Adjustments to collection schedules due to recognized national or local holidays.

  5. Non-Compliant Waste: Refusal or delay in service for waste that does not comply with our guidelines, including hazardous materials.

  6. Payment Issues: Interruption of service due to unpaid or overdue accounts.

  7. Customer Request: Any delays or changes requested by the customer, including service holds, rescheduling, or cancellations.

  8. Declared Crisis: Any event or circumstances arising from or related to acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or pandemic that are beyond reasonable control and directly impact the ability to perform services.
